WRN原本的網路主機商日前臨時出問題，管理小組在措手不及之下更換新主機商，又遇到網域商的服務出狀況，因此處理時間花得比原估計得還要久。這段無法連線的時間，若造成各位不便，敬請見諒。
目前問題仍在處理中，暫時使用IP網址的方式先將網站開放給大家，但站內部分（有wrn.tw）連結無法開啟，請各位多多包涵。網站工程師和管理幹部們會持續努力，早日讓WRN恢復正常連線。
There were something wrong with our former web hosting, and we had been working on new service. Somehow, it was very unlucky that our DNS provider can't match up with our new amendment .
We sincerely ask all the users to browse WRN website through its IP address for the time being. Just a reminder, some web pages may not display properly during the period.
