生意人在商言商，正常。凡事利字當頭，也正常。Business came first，對吧？但是我們女主角Leonie的理念更勝一籌：business came first, last and always.
在一個藝術展的現場，Leonie盛裝出場，與男主角Lisburne一見面就火花四濺, Leonie轉身時不小心踩到了Lisburne，Lisburne聰明地搭上了話：哎呀我一看到美女就太激動了，不小心把腳墊到美女您的腳下，請千萬原諒我啊！ Lisburne問她為什麼打扮得如此出眾，她解釋是為了生意，人多的地方，大家都註意到了她的服裝，那就是對店鋪最佳廣告。人太多，空氣不太好，她稍有點暈，還沒倒下，Lisburne就身手敏捷地扶住她，提醒她大家都在看哦，她說沒關系，這是生意最好的廣告。由於腳有點扭傷，她決定提前退場，Lisburne紳士地送她回家，開始她堅持自己走，快到家時Lisburne發現她臉色越來越差，沒有征得她的同意，直接把她抱起來：“我知道這樣大家都在看，不過，這不正是廣告的大好時機嗎？我完全領會了你所說的business的精髓(I do believe I’m getting the hang of this business thing)”^_^
怎麼樣，這一點點劇透，有沒有燒到同學們？兩個智商對等的人，你來我往，唇槍舌戰，我看完的感受是，有點象在看古裝版的Julie James小說，但雀斯的語言用字，又與Julie James的風格不同，讀來又是另一種享受。
隨著兩人越來越了解，Lisburne完全接受了Leonie的“凡事business當先”的觀念，他最後的求婚，現實到令人咋舌卻又體貼地是另一種浪漫，不能劇透不能劇透，還請大家看書。
